LOVE this gym so much! It's affordable, has literally everything you could need, and the equipment is so new and beautiful. The staff is so amazing and genuinely cares and are there to help if you need anything at all! Definitely recommend checking it out!

I come here every time I'm up north and I'm never disappointed. Very responsive owners. They take pride in their equipment and facility. If I lived closer this would be my gym. This is the best gym in Houghton Lake. I’ve been looking for a good gym to go to whenever I'm in town. This place has excellent equipment and the staff are very friendly. I usually spend 2-4 months up here. My mom belongs to this gym. We went the day after Thanksgiving and I was very impressed. Snagged myself a month membership even though I’ll only be up here a few weeks. My girlfriend and I will absolutely be getting memberships again when we come back.

 

This new gym is perfect for the yoga enthusiast or the strong man/strong woman style lifters. They will even be expanding their gym to allow for even more equipment and space! They have offers for military, first responders, students and honor silver sneakers as well. Very clean establishment and very friendly staff and customers. They literally have it all here.
